Susan Naylor Adams has over 27 years experience as a finance, operations, and information management professional in profit and not-for-profit settings. In her 20 years as an executive, Susan has been the driving force behind a variety of strategic initiatives that resulted in enhanced revenues, improved cash flow, increased productivity and lower operating costs. These initiatives include the implementation of advanced technologies, the expansion of programs and services, the acquisition and start up of companies, the redesign of business processes, and the design and construction of large facilities. In addition, she has helped numerous companies regain financial stability while at the same time eliminating material weaknesses.

Susan began her career in Public Accounting after graduating from Elizabethtown College with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. She left Public Accounting to pursue her goal of becoming a Chief Executive Officer. Securing employment with a local Telecommunications Company, Susan occupied numerous positions in her eight years with the company. It was during this time that she received her MBA in Corporate Finance from St Joseph's University.


In 1996, Susan became the Chief Financial Officer of a small community health organization. From there, she accepted the position of Controller with the largest multi specialty, multi facility community health system in Baltimore. Within a short time, Susan was promoted to Chief Financial Officer / Chief Information Officer, absorbing the duties of Chief Operating Officer several years later.


Susan left Baltimore Medical System in 2007 to start Naylor-Adams Consulting, a management consulting company specializing in Healthcare and non profit operations. In 2011, Susan partnered with Thomas Gallagher, an experienced IT professional to create Naylor-Adams & Associates, LLC. That same year, Susan obtained her Private Pilot Certificate and, in 2012, founded what is now Cargill Aeronautical Academy and Service Center.


Today, Susan Naylor Adams is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Naylor-Adams & Associates as well as Cargill Aeronautical Academy and Service Center. She is an Adjunct Professor in Elizabethtown College's School of Professional and Continuing Studies in the MBA/MSL Programs and a member of the American Business Women's Association. Susan holds numerous copyrights, including one for the development of a unique program that systematically analyzes financial information for measuring performance and directing strategic operations. Susan's practice is focused primarily in the healthcare, non profit, and general aviation industries. In her down time, she enjoys flying, reading, needlework, cooking and spending time with family and friends. 

Thomas Gallagher brings more than 30 years of experience in the health care industry, with in-depth knowledge of information technology (IT), data center operations, workflow management, networking and virtualzation strategies.


He serves Naylor-Adams clients as a trusted technical adviser by providing strategies and guidance on how to improve operational efficiencies through workflow management and process improvement software for managing business operations.



Thomas has experience in helping organizations envision and build business models that integrate strategy, people, processes, customers, suppliers and technology. His focused and collaborative approach quickly identifies initiatives that deliver measurable business value. He also has the ability to help clients engineer and implement new business and technology designs so they can realize their planned return on investment much more rapidly and efficiently.


Prior to coming to Naylor-Adams, Thomas spent 15 years at BMSI (Baltimore Medical Systems) and SouthEast Lanacaster Health Services as Director of Facilities and Information Technology. He also held a number of technology positions throughout his tenure at BMSI.
